How long does it take for a BorderGuru shipment to get delivered?

The overall time it takes from the moment an order is placed to when your international customer receives it depends on a two main factors:

1. How long it takes for the shipment to get to the BorderGuru hub. This depends on how soon your fulfillment team ships the order out, and how fast you're sending it to our hub, so this step is in the control of the merchant.

2. BorderGuru's shipping and customs clearing performance. This covers the time from processing the order at our hub to the actual delivery, and everything in between. While BorderGuru does not have guaranteed run times, here is an overview of the number of business days that typical shipments require from bulk to delivery:

4 to 6 days	AU, CA, NZ
4 to 6 days	Western Europe, GB
5 to 7 days	CN, JP, KR, HK, SG
6 to 8 days	ROW

For expedited shipping the average delivery times go from 2-5 business days.

Please note that these are non-guaranteed run time indications for normal shipments. Shipments into remote areas might require an additional 1-3 business days for delivery. Shipments that are affected by customs delays, airline capacity restrictions, or other factors outside the immediate control of BorderGuru will also require longer run times.

When communicating parcel run times to your customers, please be sure to allow sufficient time for both components of the overall run time, depending on your specific setup for the first factor.
