The BorderGuru system generates an entry / a reference for your order as soon as soon as the order is marked as "fulfilled".
When you mark your order as "fulfilled" in our BG Portal, the BorderGuru app automatically posts the Tracking number and link. If shopify prompts you to enter a tracking number, simply leave the fields blank and proceed: The BorderGuru tracking number will be posted to the order details on the shopify backend automatically.
If you have closed out the fulfillment on BorderGuru orders on shopify and still can't see a tracking number, please reach out to our customer service team to look into the situation.
