To make it right, we will credit the shipping fees on any shipment that was lost while it was in our network. Please contact the BorderGuru customer service email (bgsupport@borderguru.io). You will see a credit on your next billing statement.
If you want to minimize the customer impact of lost shipments, we recommend you add insurance to your orders. We now offer this service at a rate of 2% of the order value.
