When viewing your shipment’s tracking page, you’ll see updates that reflect key stages. While exact steps can vary by region, most shipments follow this general path:
A Label Was Created for Your Order
This first status "Created" means shipment data has been received, and a shipping label has been generated.
If this is the only status shown, the package hasn't yet reached our hub.
Your Order Has Arrived at APC
Once the parcel reaches our hub and is scanned, this status appears, meaning the shipment is being prepared for export.
Cleared Customs
The package has passed through customs and is cleared for onward transport. This typically happens shortly after it arrives in the destination region.
You may notice that your shipment clears customs in a different country than the final destination. This is completely normal. BorderGuru uses strategic ports of entry to streamline the process.
For example, shipments into Europe often clear customs in one EU member state before continuing to the destination country, as part of the EU Free Trade zone. This routing helps reduce delays and ensures efficient delivery.
In Transit (Stops Along the Way)
You may see updates like “making a stop and will resume transit shortly.” These indicate the parcel is at an intermediary facility awaiting its next journey segment.
Out for Delivery
The package is now with the last‑mile delivery carrier and heading to its final destination, no additional stops.
Delivered
The shipment has arrived at its final destination and has been marked delivered.
