The good news for BorderGuru shippers is that they do not have to worry about customs declaration or descriptions of their products.

Our Team will map all active items from your portfolio to the respective Customs categories / HS codes at Go-Live. All incoming orders will draw upon that mapping and generate automatic customs declarations.

If our team needs any product information for the mapping (for example the materials an item is made from, or the country in which it is made), we will reach out to you to request this info.
