The BorderGuru onboarding team configures the BorderGuru App for you when your shop is connected. You won’t have to do any configuration in the BorderGuru App itself. If you want to configure settings like the regions you ship into, please go to Settings --> Shipping and Delivery --> General Shipping Rates on your Shopify backend. You can make the desired configurations there.
Simply pick the shipping zone that you want to use BorderGuru for, and click on the button "Add rate"
This will open a Dialog window that lets you select and configure new shipping methods for the shipping zone you selected. Set the radio button to "Use carrier or app to calculate rate", and you will see BorderGuru show up as a shipping option in the dropdown bar. Select the service you want for that specific zone (regular and/or fast shipping). Click on the "Done" button at the bottom of the dialog box when this process is completed.
All you need to do now is to save the changes you made, and BorderGuru will show up as a shipping option in your shipping zone:
