Just like with domestic orders, there may be times when an international order needs to be cancelled before it ships. If you're wondering what that means for the BorderGuru shipping label that was already created, there's no need to worry.
BorderGuru only charges for shipments that are processed at our hub. So, if you cancel an order before shipping it out, you won’t be charged.
If you’ve already sent the shipment to our hub and need to cancel, please contact the BorderGuru customer service team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to intercept the package at the hub and return it to your fulfillment facility.
