What happens with the shipping rates and tax & duty fees when a customer updates their shopping cart?

When an order in the shopping cart changes, BorderGuru will automatically recalculate and update both the shipping rates and the import fees. The customer will always see the latest, updated rates on the checkout screen where BorderGuru is shown as the shipping method, independent of how many times they update the contents of their cart.
