You can configure your international shipping to be available into specific regions, and yes, you can make updates to these configurations at any time.
The configuration for this is happening on the shopify backend, so you can make updates independently, and in real-time.
Below is a simple step-by-step guide how to enable this for your shopify store. As long as a shipping region or country is active and you have a shipping method configured into this country, anyone can order for the country.
- Go to the “Settings” section in your Shopify store, then click on “Shipping and delivery”.
- In the “Shipping” section click on “General shipping rates”
- Scroll down and click on "Add shipping zone" or "Edit Zone" to update the list of countries/regions you accept orders from.
- Review the list update you made and save those changes
5. Be sure to add BorderGuru as the shipping rate, if you're creating a new shipping Zone. Make sure you select the service you wish to have available for that zone (regular and/or fast shipping).
This is how you add countries that your customers will be able to check out from. If you want to remove countries from your scope, simply edit the respective shipping zone, and de-select the countries you no longer wish to ship to. Customers now won't be able to have their shipments sent into these countries anymore.
