If this happened to one of your shipments, please accept our apologies! You can file a claim and submit it to your BorderGuru contact or our customer service team (bgsupport@borderguru.io).
Our team will process the claim and refund you all shipping charges that may have been billed on the shipment. Since all international orders are now automatically insured, your shipment would also be eligible for reimbursement of the goods’ value in case of loss or damage. You will receive any applicable refund as a credit on your next monthly invoice.
