EUROPEAN UNION
Effective 1 July 2026, the EU will remove the existing €150 duty-free exemption. In its place, a €3 customs duty will apply per product type (declaration line) on IOSS shipments valued under €150 entering the EU from outside the EU.
UNITED KINGDOM
The UK government has announced plans to eliminate the de minimis duty exemption for parcels valued under £135 beginning in October 2028, six months earlier than previously planned. The change accelerates Chancellor Rachel Reeves' original commitment to end the exemption by March 2029.
Due to extreme heat in the UK region, we have been advised that there may be delays in the delivery of mail and parcels.
